The Motion X500 utilizes a unique three-channel driver layout featuring two front-firing drivers and a dedicated upward-firing driver. This configuration, combined with Soundcore’s proprietary algorithm, transforms standard stereo music into 3-channel Spatial Audio, creating a wider, multi-dimensional soundstage where audio appears to come from all around the listener.
It supports the LDAC codec via Bluetooth 5.3, which transmits up to 3XÂ more data than standard SBC codecs. This allows compatible Android devices to stream Wireless Hi-Res Audio (up to 24bit/96kHz), ensuring exceptional detail and fidelity.
A total output of 40WÂ provides room-filling volume and impressive low-end punch for a speaker of its size. The sound profile can be fine-tuned using the Soundcore app’s Custom Pro EQ, or quickly toggled through preset modes (Spatial Signature, Spatial Dynamic, and Bass Boost) using the physical EQ button.
